Brett and his team, Dalton, did an incredible job from start to finish. I purchased a new home and a few issues came up on inspection, so I had Brett come out and look at everything. He offered an expert opinion that made sense for both my budget and my timeline and was timely in sending his team out to get it completed. Will be calling back for all of my plumbing needs.

Dillon and Brett were very professional. I loved the app they used. I got a notification when they were on the way and could track them all the way to my house so I knew it was them pulling up. I had a frozen pipe that burst and they got here first thing in the morning and got it fixed same day! Highly recommend!

I hired Brett and his team to do a whole-house repiping in Oct. 2024. Very happy with the service and the job they've done. The whole job took two days, including new valves and main water shut off. It was easy to schedule, and communications was superb. They came back twice after to check on few things free of charge. Brett and his team are professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

We contacted Brett Jonson at Guaranteed Plumbing the day before the Thanksgiving holiday as our hot water heater was failing and needed replacement. He responded quickly and explained options and was able to dispatch his crew to make the replacement that afternoon. Dalton and Dillion came out and did a very professional job with the installation and offered some good tips on advice for ongoing maintenance. Called first thing in the morning for water heater replacement. Immediate appointment was scheduled and someone was in my driveway 30 minutes later and we had hot water by noon. Second time we have used Guaranteed Plumbing. First time was for a main line replacement and they did great on that too. Hope to maybe call you under better circumstances some day.

A quote was sent as soon as he left. This is a great company to work with. They are promt, effective, and reasonabley priced. Will use them again!
